Refund and Return Policy
We accept requests for refunds or returns only if initiated within 24 hours of making the payment for our digital services. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we will not process any refund requests.
Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Requests must be made via email to info@vivanshenterprise.com within 24 hours of the payment.
- After the 24-hour period, no refunds will be processed for any reason.
Important Notes
- As we deal exclusively in digital services, there is no requirement for unboxing videos or any physical product return procedures.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction within 5 to 7 days.
- In cases of service issues that arise due to our error, we will address them promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
